If you're new to mindfulness and have recently done an 8 week course, or if you did a course some time ago, it can be really helpful to practice in a group.
The aim is to help individuals come together and practice with like-minded people to get support from each other. The main intention is to provide individuals in the group an opportunity to meditate and discuss their experiences.
The group is open to anyone who has done an 8 week course (not necessarily with me).
We usually have a theme that we can focus our practice and discussions on. At present we are online and there is no charge.

Please note: It is recommended that you create an area to meditate where you have all you need to hand and will not be disturbed.
