If you’re not sure if you are ready to commit to the whole 8 week course, the 3 week introduction is just the place to start.

​

The course gives you the chance to experience mindfulness in your everyday life over a shorter period of time. It is an opportunity to introduce Mindfulness into your daily life and see if you derive any benefit from the practices and if it fits for you.

​

If you have already done some Mindfulness previously and would like to get back into it or practice with others (always more helpful) then this is a wonderful place to ease yourself into it again.


Each week we focus on a particular and different mindfulness practice during the session and explore what your experience of it was like. You are then invited to practice this at home over the following week. This gives a real taste of what the full 8 week course might be like.
