Mindfulness Supervision

Mindfulness-based supervision is a component of a mindfulness-based teacher training pathway and ongoing practice in line with the

BAMBA Good Practice Guidelines for Teaching Mindfulness-based Courses.

It is an essential part of both our own self-care and care for the people who become participants in the mindfulness courses we offer.

As a more experienced Mindfulness teacher and already having may years experience as a Clinical and Pastoral Supervisor the obvious next step for me was to train as a Mindfulness Supervisor.

Having completed the initial Mindfulness Network Supervisor Training, I am now offering  Mindfulness Based Supervision to other Mindfulness Teachers.

If you are interested in the support Mindfulness Based Supervision can offer you,  particularly if you are new to teaching and running  some of your first MBSR courses, please get in touch and I would be happy to talk through what you are looking for and how I might be able to help.

"Mindfulness-based Supervision can provide you with an invaluable opportunity to reflect upon and inquire about your mindfulness teaching and practice with an experienced mindfulness-based teacher.

A key aspect is that everything that happens within supervision is held within a container of mindfulness and then brings the inquiry process into the exploration of the supervisee’s experience.
