Relationships are not always easy! Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) for Couples is designed to help us get to know ourselves and our partners with greater awareness and compassion. The course builds on the skills developed in the MSC programmes and looks more closely at the patterns that get in the way of bringing compassion to relationships. Using these skills and practices, the course teaches how to build strong and healthy foundations for relationships, as well as providing tools to help navigate difficulties that so frequently arise. The course is intended for couples to attend together, which in itself demonstrates a commitment to the relationship. Over the six weeks  the programme is designed to promote progressive development of awareness and skills that improve openness, understanding and communication.
