As a mindfulness teacher I work predominantly with groups, but I am aware that it may not always be possible or convenient to join a group. For that reason I offer individual MBSR teaching sessions.

You may wish to do a whole individual 8 week course or top up your own Mindfulness practice, work through any issues with your personal practice or use Mindfulness as a therapeutic tool.
