About Sessions
Developing your own formal and informal mindfulness practice can be hard. There never seems to be enough time or space in our busy lives, so deciding what practices to do and when can be confusing.
This is an opportunity to seek help and advice and practice with someone on a 1:1 basis.
Anyone who wants support in their daily practice or has difficulty with any aspect of Mindful meditations can take advantage of this service.
You may decide a regular session to support you is what you need, or it maybe you are at a stuck point and need some advice. Either way, book a session and let’s talk it through.
It is also possible to do an individual 8 week MBSR course if you are unable to join the group (preferable) 8 week course. If you are interested or would like to arrange a mutually convenient date and time to discuss your requirements, please contact Jules.
