About the course
This introductory course gives you the chance to experience mindfulness in your everyday life over a short time span. It is an opportunity to really experience Mindfulness and see if you derive any benefit from the practices and if it could fit for you.
If you have already done some Mindfulness previously and would like to get back into it or practice with others (always easier) then this is a wonderful place to start or get back into it.
We will focus on a particular and different mindfulness practice each week. We will explore how you experienced them, and the invitation is to practice the meditation during the following week at home.
