What is included?

A day of silent retreat experience.

About the course

The day consists of various mindful meditation experiences, and relevant poems, stories and readings.

The ALL DAY Retreat is currently being run on-line so people are asked to prepare a space to do the course, let friends family know they are 'on retreat' and asked that they are not disturbed. The invitation is to ensure you have all you require for the day at hand (drinks, lunch, any writing materials etc) and to make yourself as comfortable as possible, with mats, cushions, blankets and that you organise space to do sitting, movement and walking meditations.

The day is open to anyone who has already completed the 8 week MBSR course or similar and would like a day of mindful experience to further their practice.

The All day is held predominantly in silence and gives people the chance to experience a silent retreat for just one day.
