About the course
The 8 weeks on-line course, is held on Wednesday evenings 6.00pm - 8.30 pm. Each person booking on the course will receive an initial call from Jules to discuss the content of the course and the commitment involved. This is also and opportunity to talk through any issues you may have that may impact you on the course, on a 1:1 basis. The course starts with an initial orientation session where you get the chance to meet the other participants, familiarise yourself with the process of meditation, and get your first experience of being in the group. The course itself runs for 8 weeks, where you can learn how to use mindfulness in various situations and how to apply these principles in day to day life.
An important part of the course is the All Day session held on the Saturday, between weeks 6 and 7. The intensive nature of this all day experience is predominantly in silence. (This is also open to people who have already completed an 8 week MBSR course with me previously as a means of being able to deepen their existing Practice.)
