Get to know yourselves and your partner with greater awareness. This 6 week course is designed to mindfully bring compassion into relationships. You may be aware that you feel you have moved apart or that patterns of behaviour are creating difficulties between you. This course offers a different way of working with relationships using Mindfulness and self compassion to explore and create more skilful ways of being together.
