It is important in considering the on-line course that participants think about where they will locate themselves for the length of the sessions. Preferably in a quiet place where they will not be disturbed. It may be important to ask for the support of family and friends to respect their wish not to be disturbed during the time of the session and make sure that they have all they require to hand at the start. Please note: the course is available to all, subject to an initial interview. The cost of the entire course has been reduced to reflect the changing times from the original £250 to £215. This covers all taught sessions, the silent retreat all-day session, audio materials to support home practice and a workbook. 23rd February - Orientation 2nd March - Week 1 9th March - Week 2 16th March - Week 3 23rd March - Week 4 30th March - Week 5 6th April - Week 6 9th April - ALL DAY SESSION 13th April - Week 7 20th April - Week 8 As an On-line course it is advisable to create a comfortable space for yourself where you are able to sit, move, and do walking meditations and still hear the computer. It also advised that you use a PC or tablet, using in built audio and microphone rather than headphones or a phone. Please ensure you will not be disturbed and have everything you might need during the session to hand.
